Liz Baerg(she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a Master’s in Counselling.
Liz brings over 20 years of experience supporting new moms, teens, families, and individuals navigating life transitions or barriers to employment. She offers counselling for youth, adults, and couples, and believes therapy can be a meaningful space for anyone—whether you’re exploring a new stage of life, working through grief or trauma, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself.

Caila has been practicing acupuncture for the last five years. She trained in ChinaTown Toronto at the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Academy completing 2000 hours of study. Caila first started treating with acupuncture during the pandemic. This was the most formative and confirming experience that acupuncture was her calling.
